"We are committed to delivering state-of-art
digital tools for asset management."
Terry Sullivan, Founding Principal & CEO
Our History
Thirty-six years ago Mr. Sullivan developed a new market for Super Computers, financial services. To sell $30 million computers, he worked
with many of the world's largest banks to develop sophisticated trading and investment systems based upon advanced simulation
technologies. In 2003 he pioneered the online, active management of equities with the launch of The Bloodhound System. The System targeted
retail investstors along with unaffiliated wealth managers. Over its time in the market Bloodhound attracted $3.6 billion in AUM along with a
diverse set of users, including a leading broker-dealer who approached the company in 2016 with an offer to buy it. That company is now using
Bloodhound internally to develop new investment products; but that left former users without access. Since then, Mr. Sullivan has had numerous
requests to build a replacement.
folioPilot is that replacement, but is totally new both in its functionality and technology and is
state-of-the-art and highly differentiated from Bloodhound. Our goal is to give advisors what they need or build it for them. Because our platforms
have been built to provide the functionality of a robot advisor, they can at a minimum give the advisor a more-or-less automated solution, but here's
where we differ, our platorms are designed to be driven by professional managers to deliver to the client an overall experience a whole lot better
than a pure robot. Please see our Home page to learn why you'll want to partner with us.
